It all depends on your needs...
If you're looking for AP, go for DV.
If you're looking for stats go for CHD.

97 AP + 8 Dex cannot give more AP than 97 AP +13 Dex...
I dont know how do you count your AP, but for sure CHD cannot bring you more AP than a DV, at same + ofc...

If u need more resists go chd, if u have gg resists go DV for more ap

Dark Vane gives - more hp, more ap, more mp
Cold Hearted Dagger gives - 7 more club defence, 16 flame/glacier/light resistance

so in my personal opinon, i pick the dark vane +8

when I played on lvl 82 sin we had both, and like some1 here said, the DV gave us more hp and ap then CHD. so i would go for dv

chd for dcz

you have MS so the 16 resists isnt a massive deal, helps but not a great deal, so unless u have liturally super low resists then get the DV

i used to have both daggers and in my experience dv+8 is better for cz and chd +8 for ardream :P

If the difference isnt to much
DV all the way, its cheaper and its way cooler
CHD looks more like a shield then a dagger
