I'd go for the staff which has alot of DD, scruws rogues over pretty good every now and then.

if u want dd get a helmet talia and what not
elysium does better dmg and has a higher stun rate (as long as stun rate still depends on staff AP)
thats why elysium is the better staff

depends on ur zone i'd say, but even at dcz where 90% of people are sins i'd still go for elysium coz the dmg diff is great and having iron set+dd helm at dcz is enough, if ur cz ely is still better in my view coz theres not so many good sins and having blink will save you alot.
