i playing on c-west dont have flame rings i am fire mage need dmg..

i didnt notice much of a difference, the deal with those is they're like 5 percent ap boost. so you do that to like 115 ap and its not increasing it by much, you'd probably be better of going defense against rogue

they are pretty helpful, just add AC on them and ur good to go
