    Anyone know is it still 100% since this bug made +0 hr to +1? so from +3 to +4 still 100% or not, if anyone know it tell me, ty. ( i think 100% but better to ask than i break itXD)

    hmm.. some1 said that it's not a bug.... it was suposted to be like this, cuz these earrings at +3 are fckin gg items and they are kinda overpowered

    I know some people on ares that have +4 HRs and LEs. They said that none of them burned. So I am assuming that it is 100%
