    Like I said I don't remember his name, but it had ''emil'' in it 150% sure. .. and yep he had tier 3 armor.. with a choatic staff +8 as I remember

    I always prefered crimson goblin pads when I was complete mage... so my suggestion, is go with the goblin pads, cause it is really useful
