-Stamp of Intelligence
-Magic jewel powder
-10m coins

But when I go to the NPC called Secret Proxy Clarence in Bellua, where should I take a quest for Stamp of Intelligence there not such quest.
So I'm asking if there's any other way to get this Stamp.

EDIT: misread question. dont know if another way to get stamp sorry, have u been to priest Minerva in town, up the back near warrior master Skaki?

Oh damn. You are right. It's Priest Minerva. But weird is, I had to relog, it wasn't there lol.
