Maxium damage -dagger combination

Allright, so im so fortunate to have a +8 personal dagger in my possession.
This is currently my mainhand, and my offhand is a shard+8..

I know I can get a DV+8, so my question is - would this extra 13 dex and 20 extra elemental damage make up for the 4 weapon damage difference between the shard and the DV?

Ive been searching all over the web after an calculator to calculate such things. I do not want to buy a DV and find out Im sitting at less AP and a huge loss in hp / mp

Last question : 4 weapon damage or 5 dex in offhand? what gives most ap ?

anyways if u wanna talk about crazy items best combination is dual dv+9 i think.. crazy ap
2x( 110 + 16dex ) and shard+9 just gives 114.. not much dif, btw 4ap < 16 dex

Yes, your ap will be higher with pd 8/dv 8 than with pd 8/shard 8, in addition to hitting harder because of the extra elemental dmg

Since you're talking about offhand, the 4 weapon dmg is really only 2 because the ap of your offhand dagger is cut in half when calculating your AP. So, I would take 5 dex over 2 ap

Or just use personal +8 on left hand and get a raum +7(102 ap) or +8(112 ap) on main hand

I would just use personal with any of the combinations listed about.. the elemental bonuses and other bonuses and just pure badassery of a fire glowing dagger is worth it.

Well, I'll actually answer his question like one other above..

DV+8 > Shard +8 in the off hand

So with the three daggers that you can potentially use, do +8 personal dagger in your main hand and +8 DV in your offhand.

Personally, I like CHD+8 more than DV +8, but it's just personal preference really.
