Minor Heal, Double MH vs One MH, or do you have a better one?

So is there a difference between them now there is a cool down on MH?

Also if you use double minor, just a question about clicking it, do you keep tapping with 2 fingers 1 after another or like both at same time.

Just trying to get the best minor out there

Or if you know a better minor feel free.
