he'd prob want linen 9's instead of crystal/crimson 8

I presume you aint never played on a mage with crystal9s or crimson 9s
Once your wearing a dd25 the 7 dd off your linen built staff really is to little effect so you can easily swap out for a elysium/garp/hellblood then stack full mp from the ac
depends on your playstyle though ofc
If this is for c-west though you would be totally right in saying linens ftw
yea i'd love crystal 9's on c west lol, i would go crazy for them
yeah im playin a mage with a full set atm with a dd25 tanks way hard
In diez I had
3x crystal 9
crimson gloves 9
25 dd g3
dual fr +3
hb +8 reb (136ap)
ep +2, later +3 ... i prefer this more than IN, especially in ardream. The hp boost is way more than the dmg reduction u get from the 10 weap def.

some crap hp ears (couldn't use the lkp's from my big mage)
144 int, 51 str, rest in MP
I was spamming 400-500 with fireblade, could tank 3-4 sins easily.
Had around 1050 ac (ac valks, rogue pathos gloves)
and like 4K hp
I'm not sure if paper would actually hit harder than 144 int / rest mp build with hb rebirth +8.
