Hi, opinions on those both sets for exp and for pvp purposes, if possible tell why please

First option (elemental boost): Shard Reb +11 (114AP 90ele) and コロナ・ストライク +7 (97AP 120ele 7dex)

Second option (ap boost + little defensive stats): 勇気と共に猛る刃 +7 (119AP 10MP Damage 6dex 1health 8fr 8gr 8lr) and Shard Reb +11 (114AP 90ele)

2nd option you R attacks will suck but not your skills btw whats that 10mp damage thing ? like if you hit 1k then 100 Mp will be drained
