need help fast archer!!!!!

listen guys im in big problem..
listen i love to be archer i ahve the best combo ever..
well me and my friends start on human side with enw chrs..
i lvled a bit and reached to lvl 17
then i saw it.. WHY THERE IS COOLDOWN IN THE HUMAN AND NOT IN THE KARUS?
my karus archer is hunting... the combo is very good ..and if there is cooldown i cant do my combo ... well my question is: its a bug and its gonna get fixed soon?
its gonna be also on karus nation??
and howw i gonna do my combo if i have cooldown..!! my combo is also 5 and also 3 togther... without cooldown...

that is just the game karus has it human dont it will always be like this, ps wrong section as well
