Why so many noobs here? Drain is useless if u cant take down the HP alone...
Anyway i did that quest with a rogue lvl 69 in MYKO with about 1800ap wolfed, u just need a good combo

i tanked caithoros with 2x 960 healers on a PAPER bp lvl 72 at that time.......... i had something like 850 AC, 5.5-6k hp...............

    a. yes, for sure.
    b. probably will take a long long time for you to solo, but IMO, yes you can solo it
    c. a few extra drainers would be awesome.

just stay inside the circle so he wont drain mana, debuff, or shoot u with arrows. it really doesnt hit that extremely hard........

    a) yes

    b) yes, u don't even have to have a gg combo, u just have not to be a total retard, that can't combo at all.

    c) get more drainers, to shorten the time required.

first time I tanked Caitharos was when I was lvl 64 on my rogue and had just 1450 ap, with the help of my cousin on his lvl 65 warrior we took down that beast pretty sooner than expected without massive (just malice/parasite) and with 2 healers each...took less than 5 minutes so I don't think you'd have trouble taking him down, but I'd recommend you to have some drainers to help a bit.
