Need help with RLB mage

Hey, im making a RLB mage and need help.

Should i go 60/60 or points to master aswell?
I though im going Fire/ice, so heres the question - what staff should i use? Thought with 2 novas, ron's staff should be quite good or not? All kind of tips are welcome
Btw, im definetly gonna use completes, so need some tips.

Also, how to use stats? 160 int and full MP , or some points to hp aswell?
