best +7 glacier mage staff

whats the best staff for a upper 50s lower 60s glacier mage to use at +7 or any stuff under like 4gbs, i am currently using a oasis staff +7, i just want one all around staff to use for everything.
also i am 160 intel, but should i just put anough for my staff into mp or should take mp to a certain amount before putting points into hp.

i'd take garp +7 has nice aoe damage and staff damage and id go 160 int rest mp, <3 damage

i dont know if i am gunna do alot of pvp atleast for a while but i want anough hp to atleast do well in bdw and killing monsters

u dont need much hp for killing mobs lol

go 160int rest in mp and stay with oasis it will make u balance
but if u wanna have more dmg buy garp

would my slow down be crap with garp? i wanna be able to slow down monsters deceantly, like make it so harpys cant catch me/ hit me and when i get borded i like to go kill golems, would the garp screw my slow down?

pretty sure slow rate is exactly the same on mobs with any staff.. its just PK that its diff

slow rate on mobs depend on skill only

so blizzard is 100% slow
even if u dont have staff or wood+8/64 flame damage

If your support mage, get a +7 Oasis.

Or GE +8/9

i would stick with oasis7 and get dual shio

Garp will hit slightly more on mobs and in pk, slightly obvious. However if your leaning towards startin to pk, then i would say that it depends on the rest of your gear. If you dont have good ac/wep defences then stick with the oasis cause you need as much DD as you can get.

if u wanna lvl id use garp if u wanna pk go with oasis since i think u lack dd uniques
