[Mage] Newbie help

hey guys,

I started a light mage on phatos server this week but i dont know how to gear and stat him.

so what is the best way to put my stats?
i also want to gear it just a little to have some fun, some olds a decent staff and some gear (all of this has to be just basic stuff and not too expensive).
i hope you guys can help me out.

160 intelligence rest to MP for crimson/ complete/ krowaz
Best lightning staff that isnt cursed is Elysium.
Elysium +7 damage = chaotic +8 damage.
Eysium +7 rev damage = chaotic +11 rev damage
