    Well i just found out its not coz my lvl 55 rouge got scramed big time. So now the question comes to why the heck in the world i cant scream not even the scarecrows.

    Well guys i am using raptor +3 rebirth with descent uniques but no dexx on it.

    Does the weapon has to do anything with the success rate of scream.

    Any help ??

    its not 100 % stun
    i sometimes stun 3/3 sometimes 0/5
    so...

    well ppl say if you use weps with dex bonus that its stunes more but i think its just a myth cuse i had nebiros + giga and it was the same thing as with 2hander with no dex bonus

    whats is not working for me is the shock stun ...idk why zz kinda weird cause leg cut works!
