I wanted to ask here, is only a short, how do I make a magician producing high staff damages for Ardream.

* which items I need,
* what are my stat points off, etc.


I want to create after a long experience in Ardream, himself a founder Ardream Magician
because I think that many are not in a position to exploit it properly, with its advantages

or u could be fire if u want to do dmg, paper fire mage.

dual ce+2/+3 ( shouldnt use sse's in that case coz ull need the resists ce's gives ).

u dont even need all that gear to do dmg and get fun at ardream, but go for it.

High dmg is flame mages, do not go light / glacier if you wanna pwn everyone.

dual ring FR+2/3

Scorcering staff +8 or higher

dual CE+1/2

Max out MP, and only go with required intell for ur amor.

Try to get HP from uniques and amor, not from precious points.

Keep in mind you will be a 1 hit, but on the other hand you will spam 700+ with ignition, so u rly, gotta learn to range attack/slide staff, since manes skill will get u killed.

Paper mages are relatively pointless in dcz, unless you run 24/7 with a 6+ man party. If you go paper, you'll be getting off 2 spells before sins close in on you, then you'll be about 2-3 hits depending on how much hp you've actually got.

If you want to attack, make kills, and be useful in a party, gear a solid light mage like zecaa said.

since youre cwest....go crimson or crystal+9 with enough statted for dd17

i would go light mage...you will be almost unkillable to most sins (unless they have +10 daggers and armor lols...i know of one on ares that i cant kill)

buy elysium8 or hellblood 8, imir 3s, ep3, iron belt, scorpion shield+0, bronze earring+3s or WE+1, in my opinion we+2,we3 are not worth the money for dcz mage because the hp only goes up 20 each step vs the price...

or settle for old SSE, which is very good..

Paper +9 Set = 35-40 gb
Flame Rings +2 = 45-50 gb ish
EP +3 = 45 gb ish
Glass Belt = 20 gb or so
SSE +2/3 = not sure

also sse's on a paper mage is just stupid lol, go for dual ce+2, and if u do have 400 gbs u can afford ep+3, dual fr+2, wood10, paper set 8/9, paper dd cap... or u could just be int with crimsons+8/+9, iron set, ce's+2 staff+8 and +3 rings.
