Which server you are playing in? I'd choose IN over WP+3 since BP can never posses too much weapon deff. AP isn't everything. Sometimes you need to wear shield and support your party as well so that's another reason why IN definitely beats WP+3.

I'd say the WP +3 since it's just RLB. For 70+, the IN for sure. Just try to get dd helmet and a nice belt (IB or String +2).

Edit: WP +3 if you have Paper +9 and IN if you have Paper +8.

People had gg items years ago when I was playing RLB in Beramus, and I did just fine with my items. I didn't have the option to pick between a WP +3 and IN. Lol

Depend on all of your items so it's not easy to decide , but iron set is a must sometimes :P

IN would be good .. but you would have to have more itens of attack ...
I play in C west .. but is not seen many lvl 69 bp

you can use iron neck+0 ,sos+2 ,foverin+2 ,we+1 ,fabric set +8 and some +9 , iron imbact+8 or hb+8

Im gonna suggest IN too.
RLB has a lot of ganking going on and IN provides the def and wep def. Like someone mentioned earlier a BP cant have too much wep def.
Also its not always about dmg. You cant kill if you cant survive
