Both give the same AP as per KoK. Only DV+9 gives additional 20 elemental and takes away more HP.
I have both dcz and cz chars.
Also I would like to know which one is more expensive

You should put 2 shard +9 because a darkvane +9 for a dcz will decrease your hp alot :S
And we all know that a dcz rogue have normally not alot of health. Do no care about elemental resistance if you have magicshieldand i dont know on which server your playing but normally mage are rare in dcz.
ex shard and dv dual dv is not worth it imo
+1 to the shard9/dv9, dv just takes away too much hp/mp.
exe shard9/dv9 would pwn
dv costs alot more, using dual DV is a sucky idea.. even +9 shards would be amazing lol
