Question about ice shot and light shot

Just a question, do they slow/stun to mobs? I mean if it works like an ice skill from mage.

In my experience, they do not. I believe they are set up like leg cut and scream (which do not slow/stun mobs.)

Dunno actually but pre-KE leg cut worked against mobs slowing them

LOL slow works for sure and always...stun shot too but like 1/100 times

few times ice shot work no idea about lighting shot

An ice shot it a mob last night in pk by accident, and it seemed to slow the mob, therefore I stand corrected.
