A question about INT Chitin BP =)

I have an INT Chitin built Battle Priest level 73, I'm planning to buy HB+7 (140 flame damage)..

(My ap is around 1500-1600, low)

I thought of buying a Flame Ring+1 too (45 flame damage), will it increase my damage ?

Should i buy a flame ring+1 or a roc ?

No, buy rocs. Also you should consider buying a wirinom +7

A friend of me is krowaz BP, i know it sounds stupid but it isn't.

He has krowaz set +7 HP and +7 STR set to.
together with Lili's +1 (+2 vis) & HV +2 & FOV +2.
As weapon he has a Leonard +7 and as shield he has Gabs ada +7
his stats are:
1.5k AP
allmost 5K hp
and like 1.1 or 1.2k ac

and those stats are unbuffed (except for Ap = book + str)

more on topic. Get roc over a flame ring +1 any day. i think its been tested that elemental on rings only help mages.
