Raptor +8 worse than Hb +7?

hiho,
I made a test with Raptor +8, Hell Breaker +7 and Giga +7 2h lr.
I made this test all on 1 person... this person had only equipped shell set +7.

Raptor +8 187/80 ... made 400-600 dmg
HellBreaker +7 169/140.... made 500-700
Giga +7 155/110.... made 400-600


Raptor shows me around 1900 ap and giga like 1500 but I do same damage.
WTF is that ?!

Hope someone can explain me...

uniques do have hidden stats, some more then others. but dont take that fact too far it doesnt make a giga axe godly, it doesnt make a hell breaker unbeatable. high element + high ap uniques tend to have more damage then they should. 2h giga axe has a decently high element and low as shit ap, but its damage is still equal to that of a raptor +8 and items around that quality. hell breakers DO hit harder then people would understand, but so do avedon's. its hard to explain but some weapons are just extra sexy

from ur experiment... i can see that... higher elemental + decent ap would give better damage... thou giga has a lower ap...but its elemental damage do take in alot.... imagine a raptor+8 with 150 elemental dmg...

btw does it helps If I equip accessorry with elementel damage like rof or imir?

shio's with archers works, only because archers use an ice elemental attack commonly, ice arrow its not only mages who can do it, one day all class's may have a use for them, only ATTACK's which use the element in question gain anything from elemental bonus damage, fire spells = ring of flame, ice spells + ice arrow = shio tear and so on :P if a priest were ever to get a flame attack (UNLIKELY) they could use ROTF, ROF, and they would get bonus damage :P

not only, it works for skill which is using this elemental,but worrior and priest dont have it so u ownt have more dmg with fr and hb only rogue with helenid/enion,shio/imir/,ice arrow/stun arrow

+1 in my own tests had hb +7 and raptor +8 i made litle bit more dmg on raptor. but it was like raptor +8 400-600 hb 500-550 smthing like that...
