Id always use questshits over +9 stuff, maybe not over the belt tho.
Simply because as rogue u already have low res and hp isnt good either, so yea the stats from rings/neck/ears come very much in handy

I would only replace them with 12Dex Earrings, never delete your Quest Earrings though.

I prefer Quest Earring over RE because they are completely Free and are not too different from eachother.
