generaly roc, but fov+1>roc+0
why is roc>fov?

Foverin Ring +0 40 5 HP 5 DEX 5 STR 0 5FR 5GR 5LR 20PR
Foverin Ring +1 44 7 HP 7 DEX 7 STR 0 7FR 7GR 7LR 22PR
More HP/ More STR / More Resist / Better Stats Gain
with 10 less AC and Dex is useless for warrior afaik
fov 0 is total balls
get dual roc
at +0, definately the roc would pwn.
only time i woud consider a foverin, is if it is 1 + higher than the roc... or its +3 vs roc +3... i'd still might pick the rock in that case.. but meh
