Uhmm, Well Im kinda stuck and I don't know what I should change and if I should go All out Attack or Balance and I have no clue how you do this :P
But What I do know is My Combo is pretty good and My Items are:
Old Elf Ring x2
Old Elf Metal Earring x2
Old BDN
Old Skeleton Belt
Rogue Chitin Set +1 Reverse(No Helm)
Rogue FP Helmet +7
Iron Bow +1 Reverse

What should I aim for next? A Better bow? (I was going to save up for a EE +7 but decided since you can get a IB +8 for like only 50-100m more Why not just get that?) Is my Build Build balanced between AP/AC/HP? How can I improve my build to be more Balanced?

i would recommend that but old rol's instead of old elf rings

use quest rings if you have no cash, then aim for old shios, or old ROLS, quite expensive

Well, was thinking of getting old rols aswell but dont got the money atm.
and As for Shio's while will I need them? and I have Old Elf Rings and Quest rings I switch depending on Situation for example in a big war at bowl I'd switch to quest for the extra resist and hp and when I'm trying to Kill someone who's far I'll pop on the elf rings

Yes I agree, also getting some +12/1 dex earrings would be your next step after getting an IB +8,

IB +8 / Old Rols / +12/1 ears or better in that order.

IN my honest opinion, you should not bother with ardream archer. My gear setup consisted of, Eagles Eye +9; Full Chitin +9, 2x Rogue Ears +2, 2x Fov +2, Iron neck/Black Dragon +2, and Iron Belt.

I still only hit 450 on +1 reverse rogues with shadow shot...

it all depends on how to start, this would be the basics for PK :

ring : Old Rol
Earing : dex 12 or RE (to begin with)
belt : old skeleton
Necklace : BDN . old wp :P
