Well I'm leveling a priest to 69 and wondered what gear I'm gonna need to survive there.
Just list what you think is suitable and then we can go from there on my budget and such.

shell +7 or chitin +8 (5 gbs each part) if you have enought budget.
You should go with DS +7 because very good defence(365) and other shit on it.

old skeleton belt
old elemental pendant
and for hammer you should take something that can give you hp.
(smite hammer +6(250M)/7) (Holy animor +6(750M)/(+7 is expensive) lobo or lycaon tooo but they are expensive
