I wont even give you reasons, its just too obvious why. If you where talking about a BP then some discussion could be had but for a warrior no.

most of u havent tried any of those weapons
tried both...ii9 makes like +/- 20 dmg in comparesment with hb8 !!!
155 flame dmg does have its use
and when ppl are debuffed u gonna hit them more with II...but compare the prices and make ur choice
