I think I would go for EE +7 actually, since you gain some HP, RES and Sworf DEF (even though nobody uses swords in DCZ..)
When playing Ardream, you need as much HP as possible..

What are your other items btw?

Oh, and forget about CB +8, it really sucks..

ee bonus not good enought u can change kekuri with rol+0 and u will get better hp and more ap than the ee
and forget about the cb turks just raised the price of it so they can make good trades

hands down... ib +8, 7 attack is a huge deal... not only that but with a bow you want to get as much attack as powerful considering that many of your targets will be far away. I mean... abuse the fact that arrow def is just not around much . Just destroy people!

as an archer in ardream u need to do as much dmg as possible so i will better choose IB 8 Than EE 7
