    Only helps for flame mages, does NOT work with HB!

    That would be something cool to experiment with. I doubt it would be effective though.

    still not clear on this. With Rof and Hb do you get the extra flame damage?

    I was told from 2 players that have hb+9's in cypher, and both from well respected clans heaven and endless that rof rings do help with flame damage but Anyoneelse want to agree?
