How I spend my money to Assasin?

Well, I have like 13 gb money, and I have like 3 styles to build up my assasin and I'm not sure what is best. And I'm 64, so I'm not sure shoudl I put skills 55/60/5 or 69/42/9. And yeah, Is those Old ROLs tradeable after purchasing? I mean those what are not dark. But read whole post so you see what I mean:

"Build 1":
-2xROL
-2xShards +1rv
-Wp
-Elf belt
-Questies

This gives me like 650 AC, low AP but high HP too.[BUFFED 950 AC]

"Build 2"
-2x Shard +3rv
-Wp
-Elf belt
-1xROL
-Rest questies

Better AP, ~600 AC and good HP [BUFFED ~900 AC]

"Build 3"
-Shard +3rv
-CHD+7
-Elf belt+1
-Wp
+100m to something

This1 gives me the best AP, lowest AC and HP.

-shard+8, shard +7
-dual rol, for start's old rol's or old imir ring..
-dual dex +12 earrings/Rouge earring + elf metal earring.
- pp +1/Wp
-judicious belt +1/Skele ..
-chitins +7...
= ) that's what you should to get ! or for start 1 shard +3 rev and the other +1 rev
cuz the off hand dont really effect's .. gl ^^
