Well its up to you man it worth if you have the money for it. Dv take hp bonus away which is more effective at low levels bcz you dont have a lot of hp. Chd take away hp points and its a lot more when you are high lvl bcz more hp points you have more hp they gives.

dv+9 vs exce shard +9 on main hand have same ap but it have more elemtal dmg so it gonna make a bit higher dmg anyway it depance if you dont care of 180 hp down but dual dv +9 is pointless i think
