i like krowaz more then shells+9, simpley because of all the bonus. U get alot of mp/hp bonus. Thats what u need as a rogue in my oppinion

if ur going to spend the money, kz 8 set is the best for cz. full set of kz 8 is 5 less dex than a +9 set. defence is more, health is more, resist is more. and only loosing 5 dex. krowaz 8 is pretty hard to get a hold of, but if you do its the best option. if ur going to do rlb too just buy a shell 8 set and focus on your accesories. as zerkaa said, rlb is dying, maybe it will pick back up later but gearing for cz is ur best option.

shells why would you want chitins besides using them for ardream
