point is , ull get rapped without DD, atleast get a IB.. i had 2118 ap on my dlw, and 2 sins could get me down in a sec due to me having 0 DD, literally, fll ap whore, but only good thing is, 2 shot most plp without DB. Seeing ur budget isnt near to get 2k ap on dlw, would consider not going 0 DD lol, atleast get a spare skelly or IB

bullshit.im great rogue (play long time ) and when my dlw sin (much more then 90gb)get duffed with out dd i die very fast .belive me if u want to be tanker not just ap whore.
take iron set/iron belt dd helm .

thats just a basic build for approx basic gear with 90 gbs, (little less then it is if u add up, but its better 2 be below what u have and decide what u want, which is 86 gbs if my pricing is close ^^)
