Does it really help with slowing for aoes? I know it doesn't help for dmgs, but would it help for slowing.

i think no cuz the stun/slow rate is based in ur dmg so more dmg + stun/slow

I tried it once about a year ago, didnt notice anything. I think the dmg stats only make a difference if it is a staff for mages.

eeee what about suport mages ? they hit for 200-300 with staff and they stun/slow so easy .. (blizards slows like hell :S)
my opinion stun/ slow = int : p
