yea neither are really worth buying, wait till u can get LB's/rols or something
like danny said use quest acc. for now the can do you better than the dual kek+0/+9Dex ring. but if you must pick between`em id go for kek for the awesome resist

omg finally smart people i hate when people say use kekuri or +9s rings its a total waste of money especially when questies are like 10x better
