Why is that?
LKP would give me (lvl 71) around 50 HP more than CE+1, but 7 def less, (and 2 resist to all, waw), and for what I believe
    50HP > 7 ac.[/b]
you almost got everything right, untill the end (7ac + 2resist > 50hp)

I use HP valks for more undy[/b]
Nope, 10 ac is not better than 200 hp, but definetely better than 50.

Hm, yeh maybe CE+1 = LKP+0, or maybe C+1 > LKP+0, but it might depend on how much HP u get for 1 Health.
Anyway, I would choose combination of SSE + CE+1/LKP

instead of the CE +1 you should go with LKP +1

    SSE:

10 more ac is quite a bit... duals = 20 AC......

At higher lvls, the HP you get from SSE will be a lot more than the ones from LKP. And as a mage, you're resistances are already decent... so i'd choose the AC + HP over the lil resistances + mp.

And if you compound it, SSE gains 5 stats + 4 AC at +1 compared to +0... which is pretty good.. 5 HP at lvl 75+ for mage will give ya quite a lot.

    ANDDDDDDDD.....

SSE is easier to sell/buy... and ya can use it on your DCZ or other characters ^^

    o and....

i would pick SSE +1, and CE +1.... thats a pretty good combo IMO. CE has decent/good AC, gives HP, good mp and resistances....

Secret Silver Earring: 20 AC , 10 hp

    Lich King's Pride: 10AC , 5 HP , 5 MP , 60 HP , 10 MP, 10 FR-GR-LR-MR-PR

    Both @ +0

    Which one and why?[/b]
as far as i've tested health->hp conversion for a mage is really low. a sse should give approx ~125 hp on a lvl 70 mage. lich kings pride should give around 120hp (roughly 12.xx)

i've always been for resists as they were always vastly underrated but in this case, unless you are a mage with a shield (the better build imo) the ac gain is very generous.

it is easier to compensate for resists as a mage (because you can buff it yourself) whereas substituting additional ac is tough.

tbh, when i first read this topic i already had lich king's pride in mind as the better earring but after thinking about it, i think a sse could serve a better purpose.

I still laugh at people that uses CE over LKP.

    as for

LKP vs SSE, self-preference. Do you want an multi-purpose earing or just an earing that gives you extra 10 AC?

Personally I had 2x LKP + 1 and SSE + 1. I ended up using LKP + 1 because there were so many mages on Girakon, and resist is extremely hard to come by for a complete mage. A level 80 fire mage would hit me 1k + easily, thats why I picked resistence over AC. (Along with Elemental Necklace / Fire, Ice, Light Belt / to switch whenever there is a mage party). 20 AC is overrated especially when you have Iron Set. Damage reduced per AC is insignificant when Iron Set + Defense armors are used. However, 20-40 resist significantly reduces elemental damage, although it is mainly because elemental damage fluxuates as well.

Furthermore, LKP is an multi-purpose earing that can be used PVE and PVP. I believe most solo-farming mages will agree that even 5 MP difference is a lot against PVE, thus the reason why they uses MP set to farm, so it is useful against bosses / farming.

Compounding a LKP is also far more beneficial because you gain AC / HP / MP / Resists at the same time. A LKP + 3 is definitely better than a SSE + 3 for a mage.

As for HP lost, you won't notice the difference, mages dont gain enough HP per Health points anyways, I have tested myself already.

Therefore, I prefer LKP over SSE

PS: I npc Cleric Earings, that shit blows except for poor BP
