Stay 59 or go 69?

I wud say stay ardream if you wanna play. RLB is useless coz it is so empty. Just look at the server population. At least on CW where I play the max population is on lvl 59 and I still find ardream under popuated. Also most of the RLB population is on lvl 63-64 which means most of the people who went for RLB stopped xping coz xp sucks after 61. So if you wanna stay 63-64 and be cannon fodder for a few 69s go for it.

in most of the servers rbl looks like a private server, 2 pt vs 2 pts >.<.... ardream ftw
