Thats because rare weapon defenses stopped dropping with the advent of Knight Empire launch which happened sometime shortly after the cypher server release. (I recall being annoyed at the time because I had just traded some weapon defenses to a friend on beramus at the time and then they stopped dropping days later with the KE release and the prices sky rocketed -_-)

well ty for answeres. I bought a tota spear +9 and it was much better than hb and my combo is better with dual so for me there's just tota from now on. i also got a chitin shield wich fit awsome with tota so i'm happy =)
