undefeat baal +7 vs undefeat nebiros +7 and impact +8?

although im a fan of dual wield...baal+7 > nebi+impact...if it was a hanguk+8 or graham+9, id say the dual wield, but everyone has club def...use baal

I think for PvE nebiros is better, but because of the large amount of Spear and Club def, the Baal would be better in PvP because hardly anyone uses ax def. I'd go to baal, it looks tight too
