I have roughly 40gbs for my rogues budget and not quite sure what to get. I'm not good with rogues, but feel like playing one cuz im bored.

What daggers are a better combo? Cleaver+9 with CHD+7 or Shard+8 with CHD+7?

Or any other suggestions? im still browsing rogue threads.....

with 40 gb just get Shard+8 and CHD+7.

You could get Cleaver+9, but seeing as i have never used Cleaver+9 i can't tell you if the myths about it missing more are true. If you want you can read this thread i made months ago asking about it:

but basically the main hand dagger will be Shard+8/Cleaver+9 and the off hand will be CHD+7.

I prefer CHD+7 for dcz instead of DV+7 for instance, because the DV+7 takes off 2 much hp/mp for ardream, and you need that extra hp/mp/Club defence/resistances the CHD+7 gives you.

but 60+ i'd go cleaver+9 with a DV for the extra AP

i say cleaver+9 cause it is cheaper, more ap, more elem and there is no such thing as it fails more, all myth crap.
only reason i'd go for shard is if you plan on upgrading it later or selling soon cause its easier to sell than cleaver+9

yeah thats what i thought. kinda get pissed when people tell me that a shard+8 is more "accurate". this was a discussion YEARS ago (apparently still is), it's never been proven..... still. Sticking to Cleavers+9 lol, my experience there hasnt been much of a difference. Ares, a cleaver+9 is 5-6gbs, a shard+8 is 7-8gbs. That saves me enough money to decide. If they were ~50m in difference, id go with shards+8 simply based on the look.

Anyone happen to know the price of a DV+8 on Ares? xD

cleaver fails as much as shard. have tried both its the same shit
their price is almost the same so i would suggest you to buy a shard +8 on main hand(sexiness matters )
as for left hand i would buy a simple shard +3 rv. same price as chd ,a tiny bit more ap but u dont lose hp and mp which are crucial in ardream. resists are nice but i wouldnt sacrifice my hp/mp for it

hmm although i never believed in the cleaver myth..when i was playing on priv serv..cleavers did fail a whole lot compared to shards lol. but that could just be the fact that its a priv server.

but id would just get cleaver8/chd7 for more ap and less money.

dual old eme - 50m
dual old rol - 10gb
old skelly - 2gb
wp - 3.5gb
chit7 - 1.5gb
dd6 - 6gb

not 100% on all prices but pretty close.

thats about 45gb...so if you can find or make a few extra you should have a pretty good setup.

get a normal WP not old because the next item you should aim for is wp+1 and then work on chit8/fp9

I actually do pretty good in Adream, being lvl 55 ap is 1435 with just wolf.

tho i am curious if id be a better archer.... i kinda suck with minor combo....

whats your fps btw? yo check press f10 (while in game) --> options --> look down at Frames and what does the number say,

or if you got fraps u can check with that as well.
