Definitely get rocs+3 and we+3. I would get rid of the sash of sorrows and get a string of skulls the highest +3 you can and a DD helm never hurts.

if money isnt a huge issue, get this setup
dual we's +3, string of skulls +3, in and dual rocs +3

more on a budget
