My standard PK combination on Ares was

FP+25DD helm
Gabs Bless +7 (my upgrade attempts on the 2 adamants i made failed)
FP+25 Arrow Pads
Iron Set
Chitin +8 HP other 3 armors.
(never used a CS because it was too expensive)

With the FP+25 dd helm, +25 dd from Gab's, iron set, and 5 in master skill...I could pretty much ignore rouges.
