pp+2>wp+0, but if wp is +1 or above go WP (unless pp is +3)
i prefer rols cause kek have shit ac and only give like extra 50-100 ap
EE for dcz where u dont have MS, ib+8 for rlb/cz

for rlb ib, dual rol, priest pendant if its +2 or above

reasons you get ms so no use in wastin ap for resists , dual rol over keks because ap for the ac and hp difference is just not worth it , and pp if its +2 or above is because in my opinion then when the ap over powers the health and resists of the wp ofc when the wp is +0
