Bombastic is better if you do lots of solo duals with scrolled people, if your mostly in parties and fight parties that use buffer, well then it's not worth changing from sweet kiss.

With the SC if you are vsing someone that is scrolled, when their scroll comes back it pretty much heals them 2k, which can be a real pain when you have them almost dead.
