HB+7 or II +8?

dual RoC OR 1 RoC or 1 RoL

Is wp +1 okay for neck or should i get somethin else..nothing expensive

earrings should i use PE's or WE's or lillme's and which is cheaper and expensive

and should i use full +9/19str fabric armors or +9/19 strfabric on everything except pads which are gobs?

If ur going on ardream and rbl, bah dont use lilime since only ur rbl priets will be able to use them. I say ii+8 ( we never have enough AP ), set +9 str..and dual we. For the rings... its all about a personnal choice, I would get dual rol since i hate getting stunned, and more AC is always apreciated

been said a hundred times and it never changes.. HB+7 > ii+8. get str set +9. dual roc, dual W.E. (for dcz) get lilems for rlb. WP+1 is good. try get a glass belt, if u cant get a glass at least get a SoS.. Bps need that weapon deff

it will be a lil bit to expensive for him i think , yeh try atleast to get a glass belt cuz you need the wep def badly as bp.
and i would go with 3x str armors and 2x hp, since ur going dcz get we's wp is fine 1x rol and 1x roc and hb7

wll if you can get +9/19 Str set it`ll be gr8 - but you have to get maybe ROL + ROC and EP+1 to have balance between Str and HP - i just dont sacrafice HP and AC just so i can get more Str and dmg - plus your a duffer you can work your way out for kills
but hey thats just me

better than ROC + ROL - but after that try and get daul Fov+1
