    Flame mage is fun and you do really GG damage, but in the end (for mages) it all comes down to being able to tank/support. That being said LR mages rape. Go crimson 8/9, get the new LR staff +7/8, Imirs +2/3, Iron set. Then you are good to go. If you want to do damage go become a warrior or rouge. Ask anyone and they would rather have a LR mage then Fire anyday.[/b]

    +1. Fire mages have some really good and fun skills that you can use in PvP.

    with paper set +8 & wood +9? gg...[/b]
    there are better staffs but i have gone agains some 80+ paper fire mages with about that and 3-4 spells with 1.2k + damages to you can do a lot...

    but on topic i would go with completes 8 and hell blood 7 or 8 ( depending on budgets, etc), FR, iron set, and after you put necc req to wear everything go mp. hit like a truck and tank pretty well i think

    Get yourself some dual SSE +0 and change your rings for dual imirs +1 or better. In time swap your belt to glass/iron and your neck to +2.

    trade these MEs first, cuz they SUCKS a lot, I'd gor for dual WSE +1 or WSE +1 & LKP +1
    skely -> glass
    rings -> imirs +1

    EP+1
    Skelly
    ROM+1 / Imir ring +0
    Complete set +5/15
    Chaotic +8[/b]
    In order of importance.

    1. ME - SSE
    2. Skelly - glass
    3. ROM+1/Imir ring+0 - imirs +1
    4 EP +1 - EP +2

    That's what you need to aim for .

    Keep the complete/chaotic

    correction

    1. ROM +1 -> Imir Ring +1
    2. Choatic +8 -> Elysium +7 (or higher) (A MUST)
    3. ME -> CE +1 (since I think price of SSE +0 = CE +1 price)
    4. EP +1 -> EP +2
    5. If you don't have enough money, then stick with the skelly since it's especially good for fire or light mages, but if you do, then go on to IB

    Well, it's not really a correction, just your opinion on the matter. It all goes by what you prefer, ac, damage, resistance, hp, etc.

    ME's do suck big time, but rings are much more important then the earrings... I guess the staff could go after getting dual CE +1, but that list shows on what I would prefer.

    WE's are actually pretty decent for mages. They're better than ce's but more expensive.
