roc +0>fov +0 by far. fov is total shit esp when ur higher lvl and dont necessarily need the extra ac

foverin is shit at +0 and even at +1

but id say that foverin at +2 is slightly better then roc+1

and at +3 slightly better then roc+2

i personally like more balanced resistances of foverin then roc, but it must be fov+2 compared to roc+1, and fov +3 compared to roc+2...

if u compare them at same +, roc beats it by a class

but u hsould be comparing fov+1= roc+0 as they are similar price.

better ac, similar resists SAME str less HP, MORE DEX.
