Being 60+ also means that weapon defense are of utmost importance.
Get some dagger def and at minimum some spear def, as these 2 weapons will be the most commonly used.
Get some Axe and Club Def if your budget can afford it.
Looking at your stats, the only real weakness seems to be your HP. 1200+ ac under lvl 70 and you are doing ok.
If you are always with a mage to give you that 80 FR then your resistances are fine also.
Aim for around 7-8k HP with undy and you have a fairly good RLB priest.
You need a weapon def belt, id recommend a Glass Belt as your probably gonna want party heal at 69 if you dont already have it and the extra mana a GB gives is very handy.
Go for legionares or RoLs for rings, the higher the + the better
Earrings, SSE all the way, 20ac 10 hp, you cant lose. SSE are awesome when compounding...just a +1 gives 15hp...

Im no expert on priests, but rule of thumb for building a priest is HP>AC>Resists.
Always try to get your main stats (HP,AC) from armors and accessories, as resists are easily made up by a Scorpion Shield and Lycaon Hammer.

I would go dual sse+0, dual legionares and GB.

For earrings the best are SSE+0

Dual SSE+0 +40ac +20HP
vs
Dual LE+0 +30ac +10HP +10Str +120hp +20fr +20gr +20lr

SSE+0 4-5gbs and are about 1-2gbs cheaper then LE+0 on dies.

For rings compare these two rings togerher.

Dual LB+0 +60ac +16HP +100hp +80mp +40fr +60gr +80lr
vs
Dual ROL+0 +100ac +14HP +100hp +100mp +40lr

LB and ROL are really close in price. About 6gbs each on Diez

If you take Firebelt+0 off your resist/ac would be with Dual LB+0: 150fr 140gr 190lr AC 1269
If you take Firebelt+0 off your resist/ac would be with Dual ROL+0: 110fr 80gr 150lr AC 1309

I would go Dual LB+0 cause then you woundt get stun and slowed

For belt compare these two belts together.

IB+0 +50ac
vs
GB+0 +30ac +10Int +50HP

I would go with GB+0 cuase the extra 10int will help it cost about 13-15gbs and also it is like 5-6gbs cheaper then IB+0 which is like 19-21gbs.

So really I would go with DUAL SSE+0 for the HP bouns, Dual LB+0 for HP bouns and Resis, and go with GB+0 for INT.

Also I would go for rings FIRST then earrings SECOND then belt THRID

IMO ac>hp>resist, and your ac sucks pretty much considered you have got a +9 fp set/ds +7, you could easily get 1450-1500 ac with that those (scrolled).
I believe the first you gotta do is change that fire belt to a kekuri, 30 def >>> 20 fr. Later on get a glass/iron (or skelly if you can't afford those).
Like ChowBoy said, rings are important, since you'll get huge ac/resist from them and some hp. If you're low on budget get roms, else get either dual LB or LB/RoL.
IMHO for earrings WSE +1 (24 ac 7hp 7int) are better than SSE +0, and about same price if not cheaper. You could also consider bronze earrings +1/2, but they got kinda low defense.
Then work on belt.

Oh btw, have a look how good the sins in your server's rlb are, e.g. diez's orc sins are total crap except maybe one or two. So a dd25 helmet isn't very urgent there.

On Diez a SSE+0 goes for 350-500m and a SSE+1 goes for about 10-15gbs with that he could get dual WSE+1 or even dual WSE+2.
