You can't really have an item guide.
DotA is very situational.
If you want to win, you have to respond to your enemies.
Counter their heroes/items.

Sure, you can create general guidelines, but nothing should be set in stone.

Rofl getting dagon on NA is common knowledge, everyones knows that. But were not talking about NA so keep your "smart" mouth out of it.
Imo on almost all heroes especially the ones with nukes its better to get support items like necro or a disable to help yourteam since your carry will be the one dealing damage and dagon will be useless in mid to endgame. I had a dagon 5 Warlock in wars but I don't think it will really work out in 95% of all high-skill cw's..

i'll just say the standard(aka safest items) for spec

2 wraith bands+ PT, diffusal, radiance, butter.(in that order, depending on who u're dealing with butter can come first)

there're always funny builds but thats up to u to decide, i don't have to suggest anything o.o

I agree with this in terms of items. Sometimes I'd say you'd need to adapt the order depending on game circumstances.

best spectre build and its proven on bnet public: 1st - Travels then Meka (to gain hp for dispursion), helmet of dominator, satanic, linkens, refresher orb, soul booster (for mana and hp).
