Well im new to LoL and wanted to know which character is the best i could play to learn the game

xin zhao/garen/renekton/pantheon i think are one of the most easy to play champs to start with.

Just try them all vs bots don't play normal games if you don't want your mother to get involved if you know what i mean.

you could also create your own custom game, so you can check it out without anyone else against bots. Not recommended because you get way less IP (Influence Points) which you can buy new runes/champs with.

Never focus on one, you're gonna have a bad time.

Try a character in each lane. (Top, Mid, ADC [Bot], Support[Bot], Jungle)

Google for each and it will most likely take you to a forum post for the best chars for each role.
